The machine is designed to grade and control products before the packaging phase.
Fruits move forward rotating in the roller conveyor where they are controlled by an operator. The machine can also be used as a table to wrap fruit by hand.
It is made up of a 20/10 frame and 30/10 steel pipes treated with zinc chromates rust preventer and semisynthetic paint.
PVC rollers, with a diameter of 50mm and a 28/10 thickness, are assembled sideways with truncated cone toothed pads and hooked to the feed chain. Rollers rotation is done by means of a knurled rubber guide beneath which acts in combination with the pad toothing.
Moreover, in order to ensure workers’ safety, the machine is equipped with protective shields.
