The machine is designed to unstack crates stacked on pallets even at different heights up to 2500mm. Its compact structure is made up of 30/10 painted and/or galvanized steel pipes, a carriage with movable lifting clamps which take an entire layer of crates at a time, an exit conveyor for empty crates and platforms.
Handling is done by an encoder connected to a CNC configured to meet the different working typologies.
Conceived keeping in mind both the requirements and the cost of transport and assembly, this is a traditional and easy to use machine with a mechanical handling.
Moreover, in order to ensure workers’ safety, the machine is equipped with protective shields and a wire net cage.
