The machine is designed to clean and, if necessary, to disinfect citrus fruit through the SOAP treatment. It is made up of a 20/10 press-bending stainless steel plate and 20/10 stainless steel pipes. Fruit step inside the washing tank where a recycling water pump generates a feed thrust. Fruit washing in water – with the possibility to add a detergent or a fungicide – results in a softening of dirty and in the removal of residues of pre-harvest treatments. When washing is complete an aluminium roller elevator causes fruit exit from the tank.
The machine is also equipped with : 1,5 HP recycling pump, 2,5” pipes, water and filters diffuser.
